Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to promote next month's boxing match.
Former twice unified heavyweight champion Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge disparity - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to genuinely try to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the customary stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how improbable this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is actually going ahead.
